iPhone 3G S is one of the most popular phone now in Singapore, being exclusive to Singtel. But isit worth getting? One of my friend, who have order online, queued for 5 hrs on the first Sunday when it was launch on 10 Jul'09 before he get his hands on it even though he has already pre-order online a few weeks ago when he get the news that it can be pre-order by paying a deposit.

And then what I heard later were several complaints from my friends and colleagues over the bad customer service they had encountered with the Singtel helpdesk when they too order online. From no reply when they can get iPhone for serveral weeks, long waiting and re-directing of lines to different helpdesks to disconnect of call suddenly after waiting for 20mins when they tried to enquire on it. This is the service you can get from iPhone with expensive contract tie down with it :(

And those who wanted to get iPhone without having contract.

This is the estimated price you will pay if you wanted the iPhone badly and you already have a handphone with existing line with contract. Think again....With this amount, you can buy 3 Netbooks or 1 Macbook by topping a few hundreds more. You can also buy 1 decent DSLR if you are into photography or even go for a short holiday to Thailand, Taiwan or Hong Kong with shopping $$$, air ticket and hotel booking inclusive with that amount.

Think again....whether isit worth getting iPhone...Ok la...besides the bluetooth can only connect to selective bluetooth earpiece and cannot transfer files via bluetooth, iPhone actually got alot of applications that you can download for free and some better ones that you need to pay for a small amount of $.
